The basis of a human’s existence has always fascinated Naasiha Sheikh and she finds it quite mind-blowing how it all always starts with a single gene. This interest drove her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology and a postgraduate degree in Human and Molecular Genetics. In extension, her passion for holistic wellness began with her own transformation journey of health, fitness and balanced nutrition. She is currently pursuing an intensive certification in Precision Nutrition (Canada). With education from UAE and UK and getting trained under some very experienced mentors in the field and multicultural interactions, she aims to bring all the positive influences around her for better health. With the experience of being a Nutrition Coach and helping clients achieve their health goals, the opportunity to combine the cores of both the specialities of Genetics and Nutrition, gives a whole new meaning to the word precision health. With her knowledge and experience in coaching, Nutrigenomics can be a one stop solution to your precision health needs. In addition, Naasiha loves to work with people and guide them through the challenges of creating a well balanced holistic wellness through mindfulness and empowering mindset for sustainable, fun, fit and free life!
